- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Refused to re-book my appointment as i was late due to a huge car crash which delayed my journey. i rang to let them know id be late and they said 'it was fine just come as soon as you can' once id gotten there they refused to see me, refused to book me another appointment and were flat out rude. The manager is incompetent and ignores emails. i have not received my money back or an appointment and i have paid for a service which has not been carried out. Disgusting.
