- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible service, from the lack of till staff to the unbelievably incompetent pharmacy. Boots is not a shop I've ever paid much attention to, as it's always just been there - a perennial fixture. However, it eventually dawns that this branch seems to exist solely to make things as mundane as purchasing shampoo or picking up a prescription a major undertaking. Don't think about having prescriptions sent there unless you are willing to chase them every time it is due, as they will either forget to notify you or forget to request it in the first place. Likewise, only put a sandwich in your basket if you have a spare week to queue for payment.
